No deposit, no appointment Grace Period There is 10 minute grace period after 10 minutes you loose your deposit, 15 minutes your appointment is cancelled. Rescheduling 48 hours for rescheduled your appointment with any penalties, Failure to do you will loose your deposit and you will need to do a new appointment with new deposit . Refill policy You will have 40% + for being a refill anything less then that will be charge as a full set. No refills from other lash techs.
